1. INTRODUCTION

The website hinduheritage.in and mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, namely “Hindu Heritage” (collectively, the “Platform”), are owned and operated by Audguide Heritage Travel Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

The terms “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the Company and its affiliates.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the Platform.

These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Platform and Services.

These Terms of Use should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these documents to the extent they apply to your use of the Services.

2. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

We provide services including:

  • Digitization of temples and religious experiences
  • Astrology and related services
  • Other spiritual and religious offerings

(collectively referred to as “Services”).

Chadhava/Offerings represent amounts collected from users for facilitating religious rituals and offerings at temples/service providers. The Company acts as a facilitation platform and retains a service/processing fee, while the remaining amount is remitted to the respective temple or service provider.

2.1 SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep the Platform and Services available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform or any Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, as well as your rights regarding your information.

4. USE OF THE SERVICE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

  • Services are for personal use only
  • Any service discrepancy must be reported within 7 days
  • You must not bypass or interfere with security features
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activity
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or systems
  • You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute content without permission

5 REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Platform.

Eligibility to create an account:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • You agree to provide accurate information

You must NOT:

  • Impersonate others
  • Create fake accounts

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Use bots, scraping tools, or spam
  • Violate any laws
  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Upload harmful software or viruses
  • Post abusive, misleading, or harmful content
  • Promote hate, violence, or illegal activities

7. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Users may book services through the Platform. Payments for booked services may be collected through payment links, bank transfers, UPI, QR codes, or other payment methods communicated by the Company or its authorized representatives.
  • The price for each service will be communicated to the user before payment is requested. No additional charges will be applied beyond the agreed amount unless expressly communicated and accepted by the user.
  • At present, the Platform does not process payments directly within the website or mobile application and does not operate as a payment gateway. Payments are facilitated separately by the Company or its authorized representatives.

Payments for Chadhava/Offerings are collected for facilitation of temple rituals and are partially retained as a service fee, with the remaining amount passed on to the relevant temple/service provider.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Refunds and cancellations for booked services depend on the nature of the service and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Where applicable, rescheduling or refunds may be offered at the Company’s discretion after review of the service request.

  • You consent to receiving communications (SMS, calls, email)

You are responsible for:

  • Avoiding malware risks
  • Protecting your device

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content belongs to the Company
  • You may NOT copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission

10.1 COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe that any content available on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient details so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

  • External links are not controlled by us
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or policies

12. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and authorized representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Company’s total liability, in any circumstance, shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

We do NOT guarantee accuracy of:

  • Astrology predictions
  • Religious or spiritual content
  • Temple or ritual information

Spiritual guidance, astrology consultations, numerology, vastu advice, and religious content available through the Platform are based on traditional Hindu beliefs, scriptures, practices, and the independent interpretation of individual Service Providers. Users should exercise their own judgment before making personal, financial, legal, medical, or other significant decisions based on such guidance.

14. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Services are provided “as is”

  • No guarantees of results or outcomes
  • No medical or psychological advice

Third-party astrologers/advisors:

  • Use them at your own risk
  • Are NOT employees

15. TERMINATION

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services where required for legal, security, or operational reasons, and where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

17. GOVERNING LAW

  • Governed by Indian law
  • Jurisdiction: New Delhi courts

18. SEVERABILITY

If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

19. MODIFICATIONS

  • We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms, where applicable

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published by the Company from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
