The website hinduheritage.in and mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, namely “The Hindu Heritage” (collectively, the “Platform”), are owned and operated by Audguide Heritage Travel Private Limited, a private company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013. The Company has its registered office at:

The Platform aims to digitize temples and religious experiences, and provide astrological and related services (the “Services”).

We may share your Name, Email, and Phone number with Service Providers such as priests and religious establishments (temples, math/mutt) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booked service. This sharing occurs only when you book a service. Service Providers may retain the data only for the duration necessary to complete and record the service and shall not use it for any other purpose, including marketing or reuse beyond the specific service.

Payments related to Chadhava/Offerings are processed for facilitation of temple rituals through service providers, where applicable.

6.3 Advertising

We may use third-party advertising and analytics services, such as Google, which may collect limited device and usage data to show relevant advertisements and measure performance.

6.4 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information:

  • To protect rights and safety

6.5 Referrals

If you refer a person to our Platform, we may collect their name and contact details from you solely for the purpose of sending a one-time invitation or communication related to the referral.
