At The Hindu Heritage, we strive to provide a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience across all our services, including but not limited to Puja Services, Chadhava Seva, Astrology Consultations, and Donation Services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be permitted.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All refund and cancellation requests must be made by contacting us at:

2. PUJA SERVICES (ONLINE / OFFLINE)

2.1 Cancellation by User

  • Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for:
    • Full refund, OR
    • Free rescheduling
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours:
    • May not be eligible for a refund
    • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

2.2 Once Service is Initiated

No refunds will be provided once:

  • Puja has started
  • Priest has been assigned and preparations initiated

3. CHADHAVA / OFFERINGS / TEMPLE SERVICES

Once an offering (Chadhava/Daan) is processed:

  • It is non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • This is due to the religious and irreversible nature of the service

4 ASTROLOGY CONSULTATIONS

  • If canceled 24 hours before scheduled time:
    • Eligible for rescheduling or refund
  • If missed or canceled late:
    • No refund
    • Rescheduling may be allowed once (subject to availability)
  • If the astrologer is unavailable:
    • Full refund OR reschedule option will be provided

5 DONATIONS

All donations made through the Platform are:

  • Voluntary
  • Non-refundable

Donations are processed directly for religious or charitable purposes and cannot be reversed.

6. FAILED / DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In case of:

  • Failed transactions
  • Duplicate payments

You will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. SERVICE ISSUES

  • If you experience:
    • Service not delivered
    • Significant delay
    • Quality issues
  • You may contact us, and we may offer:
    • Partial refund
    • Full refund
    • Rescheduling
  • This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

9. FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or delays caused due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Temple closures

However, rescheduling may be offered where possible.

10. COMPANY RIGHTS

  • We reserve the right to:
    • Approve or reject refund requests
    • Modify this policy at any time
