Welcome to Hindu Heritage.

These Service Provider Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Audguide Heritage Travel Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of the Hindu Heritage platform ("Platform"), and individuals or organizations applying to provide services through the Platform ("Service Provider", "Expert", or "you").

By submitting an application or providing services through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with any operational policies, guidelines, and procedures published by Hindu Heritage from time to time, including policies relating to payments, cancellations, refunds, privacy, and platform operations, where applicable.

Hindu Heritage is owned and operated by Audguide Heritage Travel Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

1. Purpose

Hindu Heritage is committed to making authentic Hindu knowledge, traditions, rituals, and spiritual guidance accessible to people around the world.

Our platform connects users with qualified experts in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Astrology
  • Vastu
  • Numerology
  • Pujas and Religious Ceremonies
  • Kundli Consultation
  • Other approved Hindu spiritual and cultural services

2. Eligibility

To become a Service Provider you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Possess appropriate knowledge, training, or practical experience in your area of expertise.
  • Comply with all applicable laws.

Hindu Heritage reserves the right to verify credentials before approving any application.

Verification of qualifications or credentials by Hindu Heritage does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of the quality or outcome of any services provided.

3. Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Hindu Heritage reserves the sole discretion to:

  • Approve applications
  • Reject applications
  • Request additional information
  • Conduct interviews or verification
  • Remove providers at any time

without providing a reason.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information submitted to Hindu Heritage is accurate and complete.

If your:

  • phone number
  • email
  • address
  • qualifications
  • expertise

changes, you agree to notify us promptly.

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.

5. Professional Conduct

Service Providers agree to:

  • Treat every user with respect.
  • Maintain professionalism.
  • Avoid abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading behavior.
  • Respect cultural and religious diversity.
  • Avoid making false promises or guaranteed outcomes.

6. Ethical Practice

Service Providers agree to:

  • Provide honest guidance.
  • Avoid exploiting vulnerable individuals.
  • Never induce fear to sell additional services.
  • Avoid deceptive practices.
  • Never claim guaranteed results.

Spiritual guidance should be offered responsibly and ethically.

7. User Communication

Service Providers shall:

  • Communicate politely.
  • Respond within reasonable timeframes.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Avoid harassment.

8. Platform Policies

Unless expressly authorized:

Service Providers shall not:

  • Circumvent the platform.
  • Solicit users outside the platform.
  • Share personal contact information for the purpose of avoiding platform policies.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Hindu Heritage.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create.

However, by submitting:

  • profile information
  • photographs
  • videos
  • articles
  • descriptions

you grant Hindu Heritage a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute such content for platform-related purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Hindu Heritage name, logo, branding, website, application, and content remain the exclusive property of Hindu Heritage.

They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Payments

Where applicable:

  • Fees
  • commissions
  • payout schedules
  • taxes

shall be communicated separately.

Hindu Heritage may modify payment policies with reasonable notice.

11A Independent Contractor Relationship

Service Providers act as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Hindu Heritage unless expressly agreed in writing.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Company and the Service Provider.

11B Taxes

Service Providers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and for reporting and paying any taxes arising from the services they provide, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Service Providers acknowledge that Hindu Heritage determines cancellation and refund decisions in accordance with the customer-facing Refund Policy and applicable laws.

Where a refund is approved, Service Providers agree to cooperate with Hindu Heritage in facilitating the resolution of the affected booking or service.

Additional policies governing provider payouts, cancellation responsibilities, no-shows, and related operational procedures may be communicated separately and shall become part of these Terms upon publication.

13. Confidentiality

Service Providers agree to keep confidential:

  • user information
  • personal details
  • consultation discussions
  • documents
  • recordings

except where disclosure is required by law.

14. Privacy

Service Providers shall comply with applicable privacy laws and respect the confidentiality of user data.

15. Suspension or Termination

Hindu Heritage may suspend or terminate any Service Provider account for reasons including:

  • violation of these Terms
  • unethical conduct
  • fraudulent activity
  • repeated complaints
  • misrepresentation
  • illegal activity

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.

16. Disclaimer

Hindu Heritage acts as a platform connecting users with independent Service Providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Service Providers are independent professionals and are responsible for the advice, guidance, and services they provide.

Hindu Heritage does not guarantee the outcome of any consultation, ritual, recommendation, or service.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hindu Heritage shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • loss of income
  • emotional distress
  • decisions made by users based on consultations

18. Changes to these Terms

Hindu Heritage may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued participation on the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
