1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Platform.

This document is published in accordance with:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • IT (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

This is an electronic record and does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Platform or Services, you:

  • Agree to this Privacy Policy
  • Consent to collection and use of your information

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which govern your use of the Platform and Services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Accounts on the Platform are for adults aged 18 or over. Children may take part only in features designed for them, such as the Navratri Kids Carnival, and only through a parent or guardian's account.

When a parent or guardian registers a child for the Navratri Kids Carnival, we collect only the child's first name and age, and we record the parent or guardian's consent at that time. We store the child's progress in the carnival (stories completed, quiz scores and activities done) with these details. One child can be registered per account.

Parents or guardians may send us photos or videos of their child's carnival activities on WhatsApp. By sending an entry, the parent or guardian confirms that they allow us to show it in the app, on our website and on our social media. Entries are stored privately, are reviewed by our team, and only selected entries are shown. We do not show a child's surname, contact details or location.

A parent or guardian can remove their child from the carnival at any time in the app. This deletes the child's details, progress and entries. Deleting the parent's account does the same. Apart from carnival features, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
